Installation Guidelines

1. Pre-Installation Inspection: Verify the module part number (CC-PDOD51) and check that the physical enclosure and connector pins show no shipping damage.
2. IOTA Mounting: Ensure the target IOTA (CC-TDOD51 or CC-TDOD61) is securely installed onto the cabinet enclosure rails and properly bonded to system ground.
3. Field Power Wiring: Connect the external 24VDC user field power supply to the designated terminals on the IOTA assembly, maintaining correct polarity.
4. Field Load Termination: Land field wiring onto the detachable two-level IOTA terminal blocks. Ensure wire sizes do not exceed 12 AWG (2.5 mm stranded).
